What is EFT
If we have the power to create illness in our life then why are we having so much trouble believing that we can
create the healing as well? Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) gives us that solution.
EFT is a form of psychological acupressure and is based on the same energy meridians used in traditional
acupuncture for over five thousand years, but without the use of needles. Instead, simple tapping with the
fingertips is used to put energy onto specific meridians. While tapping these meridians you will focus on
a problem you want corrected (pain, negative emotions, addictions, or anything) while repeating positive
affirmations. I use EFT all the time. I've even used EFT on my pets.
Here's how: While tapping the meridian points on my body,
I state the training problem or health issue my pet is having, and then I used positive affirmations to
clear them. Check out some of the EFT videos below.
